This position is entirely remote, allowing mental health therapists to work from anywhere in the state. You will be part of a fully remote team, utilizing our state-of-the-art, user-friendly online platform to conduct sessions with clients. • Conduct individual counseling sessions ethically and compassionately via secure video chat.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities to effectively address the unique needs of each client.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that are personalized to meet the specific goals and challenges faced by your clients.
• Guide clients in gaining insights into their experiences, feelings, and interpersonal relationships to facilitate personal growth.
• Continuously monitor client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary and supporting the development of healthy coping mechanisms.
• Collaborate with other team members and participate in regular supervision to enhance clinical skills.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. The goal is to aid individuals in developing the necessary skills to improve their quality of life, focusing on wellness and prevention rather than crisis intervention.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold one of the following licenses to practice independently:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited/provisional licenses or history of disciplinary actions will be accepted.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and understanding.
• Proficient in computer literacy and comfortable utilizing digital healthcare tools.

• Prior experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly with adult populations.
• Experience employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
• Strong background in building therapeutic alliances and rapport with clients.
