Position Overview

Molina Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a full-time remote position. In this role, you will provide critical mental health services to individuals dealing with a range of emotional and psychological challenges, all while contributing to the overall well-being of our communities. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to address pre-crisis and crisis situations.
  • Complete clinical documentation punctually, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs and monitor treatment efficacy.
  • Work alongside various programs to formulate and execute positive behavior support plans that align with each patientโ€™s unique circumstances.
  • Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the high standards of our facility.
  • Serve as a liaison with community partners, state agencies, and other service providers to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Establish clear communication pathways to meet organizational standards while fostering a sense of community and inclusion.
  • Cultivate relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to seek new partnerships and funding opportunities.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development through conferences, workshops, and community involvement, while representing Molina Behavioral Health Center at various meetings and initiatives.
  • Adhere to and integrate the mission, values, and principles of our organization in all professional interactions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational effectiveness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is mandatory.
  • An Independent LMHC License is required to practice in Massachusetts.
