Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to address pre-crisis and crisis situations.
• Complete clinical documentation punctually, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs and monitor treatment efficacy.
• Work alongside various programs to formulate and execute positive behavior support plans that align with each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the high standards of our facility.
• Serve as a liaison with community partners, state agencies, and other service providers to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
• Establish clear communication pathways to meet organizational standards while fostering a sense of community and inclusion.
• Cultivate relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to seek new partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through conferences, workshops, and community involvement, while representing Molina Behavioral Health Center at various meetings and initiatives.
• Adhere to and integrate the mission, values, and principles of our organization in all professional interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will directly impact a diverse patient population, including individuals facing mental health issues, substance use disorders, and those requiring support due to developmental disabilities or brain injuries. By providing effective counseling and therapeutic services, you will play an essential role in helping these individuals navigate their challenges, work toward recovery, and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is mandatory.
• An Independent LMHC License is required to practice in Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy practices and the ability to implement therapeutic interventions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
