Align HCM is looking for a
Client Executive to drive new business sales for
Dayforce implementation, optimization, and managed services. This role focuses on new logo acquisition, full-cycle sales, and client engagement with mid-market to enterprise organizations (500 to 10,000 employees) across the US and Canada.
You will partner directly with Dayforce account executives to identify and close implementation opportunities within their pipeline, while also building your own pipeline through direct prospecting and partner-referred leads.
Key ResponsibilitiesDayforce Partner Sales - Partner with Dayforce account executives to identify, pursue, and close implementation opportunities within their pipeline
- Source and develop partner-referred opportunities from the Dayforce sales organization
- Attend Dayforce partner events, QBRs, and regional sales meetings to build and maintain relationships with the Dayforce field team
- Position Align HCM as a preferred implementation partner in joint selling situations
Direct Sales and Business Development - Drive new business development and pipeline generation through direct prospecting
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract close
- Sell Dayforce implementation, optimization, and managed services to mid-market and enterprise clients
- Engage and build relationships with C-level executives (CHRO, CFO, CIO, COO) and senior HR, IT, and Finance leaders
Discovery, Scoping, and Deal Execution - Lead discovery sessions to assess client needs, define implementation scope, and build business cases for Dayforce solutions
- Develop proposals, Statements of Work, pricing, and lead contract negotiations
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM pipeline data
- Collaborate with delivery, presales, and practice leadership to ensure proposed solutions are deliverable and profitable
- Achieve and exceed annual sales quota
Required Qualifications- Experience selling professional services (implementation, consulting, or managed services)
- Experience selling HCM, Workforce Management, HRIS, or Payroll software solutions
- Full-cycle sales experience from prospecting through close
- Mid-market or enterprise client sales experience (500 to 10,000 employees)
- Experience selling to C-level and senior executive stakeholders
- Strong new business and hunting experience with a track record of quota attainment
- Quota-carrying sales experience
- Must be based in the US or Canada
- Willing to work US business hours
- Willing to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications- Dayforce ecosystem experience (selling Dayforce solutions or implementation services)
- Existing relationships with Dayforce account executives or channel managers
- Experience working within a partner or channel sales model
- UKG ecosystem experience
- Experience selling multi-year services contracts
- Experience with SOW-based selling, scoping, and margin management

Schedule:This position follows US Eastern Time business hours, Monday through Friday.
Location:Remote (US or Canada)
Travel: Up to 25% (client meetings, Dayforce partner events)
Reports to:SVP, Sales & Marketing
Compensation:Base salary: $100,000 - $150,000 plus commission
