This position is a remote opportunity, allowing counselors flexibility in their work settings while maintaining a collaborative team environment. Our virtual platform is equipped with the necessary tools for effective counseling and communication. While the majority of work is performed online, occasional team meetings and training sessions may occur via video conferencing, fostering a strong connection between team members. Our work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client appointments.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Riverside Counseling Center, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to closely evaluate the mental health needs of clients.
• Designing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored specifically to each client’s goals and circumstances.
• Providing therapy to individuals, couples, and groups, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address unique mental health challenges.
• Working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and optimal outcomes for all clients.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participating in clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
