• Conduct structured, outcome-driven therapy sessions that align with best practices to address a variety of mental health challenges.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy, to provide effective treatment tailored to individual client needs.
• Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals in designing and coordinating comprehensive treatment plans, contributing to a multidisciplinary care approach.
• Document all therapy sessions accurately and maintain up-to-date records of client progress, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops, refining therapeutic strategies for improved client outcomes.

Your role as an LMFT will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing issues such as relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your expertise will enable you to create a safe and supportive environment, cultivating trust and encouraging open dialogue to facilitate healing. We strive to empower our clients by providing effective coping strategies and skills that promote mental resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Possession of a valid and active California LMFT license.
• Demonstrable expertise in clinical evaluation and treatment modalities relevant to marriage and family therapy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients and fostering a therapeutic alliance.

A minimum of two years of professional experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in a clinical setting is preferred. Candidates with prior experience providing teletherapy or remote clinical care will be especially competitive, as will those with expertise in working with diverse populations and complex family dynamics.
