What We Do
The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating programs with complex interdependencies on an ongoing and regular basis, to include developing infrastructure tools to support the program's ongoing implementation, status reporting, and administrative tasks.
What You'll Do
  • Supports the planning and coordination of NCS' transaction management field assessments with complex interdependencies and multiple stakeholders
  • Provides administrative support in the ongoing implementation and organization of field recommendations in cooperation with leadership
  • Collaborates on the creation and execution of program improvements as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Coordinates and organizes program deliverables including program roadmaps, plans, content, and delivery timetables
  • Monitors and communicates program status to the team to achieve expected outcomes
  • Leverages expertise in process implementation and AI automation to develop streamlined processes that enhance team cohesion and efficiency
  • Partners with Organizational Change Management to improve adoption
  • Maintains Steering Committee advocacy and cross-functional program alignment

What You'll Bring
  • Successful track record of coordinating complex projects in area of functional expertise

Pay Range: $26.88 - $35.82 Hourly, Remote
