FP&A ConsultantRemote - 6 month contractCompensation: $60 - $75/hr
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced FP&A Consultant to support a dynamic and growing organization during a critical planning and integration period. This individual will play a hands on role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while partnering closely with senior leadership to deliver actionable financial insights.
This is an ideal opportunity for a self directed FP&A professional who can quickly assess business needs, build financial models from the ground up, and confidently communicate financial results and recommendations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the annual budgeting process, including planning, coordination, and communication with business leaders.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for forecasting, budgeting, pricing analysis, and business planning.
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance against budget and forecast.
- Support month end and periodic financial reporting activities.
- Analyze revenue, pricing, margin, and profitability trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Partner with senior leaders across the organization to gather assumptions, review results, and drive financial accountability.
- Assist with strategic initiatives, business integrations, and growth related projects.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and financial analyses for executive leadership.
- Help improve and streamline FP&A processes, reporting, and planning capabilities.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including building complex forecasting and financial models.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and presenting financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Hands on, roll up your sleeves mentality with strong process management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience within SaaS, technology, or other high growth environments is preferred but not required.
- Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or other strategic growth initiatives is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP and financial planning systems is beneficial.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $75.00 per hour
