Pay Transparency:


The pay range for this role is:

$78,400.00-$133,400.00/Annual

The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles.

Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees, including without limitation, a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period, an employee stock purchase plan, "flexible time off" for salaried employees and, for hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks' vacation annually (based on tenure), accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and/or health and welfare benefits.

Job Details

The Senior Financial Analyst supports service organization by leading financial processes for global service organization, including managing close and forecast process, budget management, financial performance assessments, and more. The Senior Financial Analyst is a trusted adviser to the global service organization leadership team, providing real-time support and analysis to assist in decision making. The Sr. Financial Analyst is also responsible for improving overall financial process, automate reports and analysis using appropriate tools.

Please note that if this position is qualified for Remote working status it will require commuting in the Boston HQ once per week.

The Senior Financial Analyst will:

  • Own financial analysis and reporting for the Service organization, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and overall P&L performance.
  • Ensure accurate close of Service Organization, including revenue and COGS review, expense accrual and capital expenditure review.
  • Manage monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes for service revenue & COGS.
  • Partner with Service Sales and Operations teams to improve revenue forecasting accuracy and visibility into revenue drivers.
  • Analyze service revenue performance across different business units and regions, including service contracts, renewals, upgrades, paid services, and other service-related revenue streams. Identify revenue upside opportunities.
  • Develop KPI dashboard to monitor key service business metrics such as revenue growth, renewal rates and customer retention.
  • Manage headcount, variable expense and capital spending budgets and ensure spending is within budgets.
  • Provide monthly P&L analysis, including actuals versus budget, forecast, and prior-year comparisons; identify key drivers, trends, and risks.
  • Support business cases, investment decisions, pricing strategies, and operational initiatives through financial analysis.
  • Develop and automate executive-level financial reporting, dashboards, and presentations that communicate business performance and recommendations.
  • Serve as a trusted finance partner to Service leadership teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors required; MBA/CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, including dashboard development and data visualization best practices
  • Experience with Salesforece preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of financial reporting systems (Hyperion/Oracle EPBCS preferred)
  • Good knowledge of US GAAP
  • Must possess strong business analytical skills with thorough understanding of how to identify, interpret, and transform raw data sets into meaningful and actionable solutions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using multiple data sources to draw inferences/conclusions and communicate those findings effectively
  • Drive for accuracy with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver within tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically coupled with working in a logical and structured way
  • Open and flexible attitude with the ability to execute tasks within deadlines
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills required
