ABOUT THE COMPANY

  • Our client is a leading wellness organization in business for over a decade! They are looking for a strong Financial Analyst to join their team. They are a leader in their industry that started as a small, family owned organization and now have grown to a billion dollar organization. They have over 1500 employees and distribute their products all over the globe! This position is fully remote with a flexible schedule.


RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FINANCIAL ANALYST:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports- assisting in the analysis of financial information to determine present and future financial performance, including coordinating monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting and annual planning processes .
  • Partner with various departments and leadership to provide guidance around reports, analytics, strategic plans, business plans, and targets.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L analysis, Risk and Opportunity analysis, and bridge comments to shed insights into the business.
  • Prepares special ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations for management.
  • Make recommendations to improving the efficiency of the financial reporting processes and budget.
  • Provides accurate and timely feedback on discrepancies and unreasonable and unsupported financial conditions or situations
  • Provides financial consulting regarding pricing and special projects.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE FINANCIAL ANALYST:

  • BS in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • Experience in the Healthcare field
  • 3+ years General FP&A
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Yearly Compensation $90,000 - $115,000 plus benefits
