Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual sessions with clients to explore their personal goals, preferences, and the various options available for achieving them.
  • Develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans tailored to each client’s educational background, physical abilities, aspirations, and ongoing needs, adapting as necessary throughout the therapeutic process.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to craft and implement rehabilitation programs that meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.
  • Proven experience providing mental health treatment in either residential or outpatient settings, particularly with clients facing a variety of mental health issues.
