Your daily responsibilities will be both impactful and diverse, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to gather detailed patient histories and develop tailored treatment plans that adhere to established best practices.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and adjusting your approach based on each client's unique needs and preferences.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of patient records.
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and share insights that enhance patient outcomes.
• Engaging in regular supervision and consultation meetings, contributing to peer reviews, and participating in ongoing professional education to stay abreast of the latest mental health research.
• Providing invaluable education and support to patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment choices, and available community resources.

At Harmony Harbor Clinic, you will work with a diverse population of patients, including individuals grappling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients through the complexities of their challenges, empowering them with strategies for successful recovery and improved mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your foundation in clinical practices.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), underscoring your professional credentials.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in a clinical setting, providing psychotherapy services to clients with mental health issues.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy methods and an ability to apply various psychotherapeutic techniques effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members seamlessly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex cases with confidence and compassion.
