  • Analyze unbilled receivables and investigate discrepancies using standard financial reports.
  • Research and resolve internal and external customer questions related to billing status and invoices.
  • Communicate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and collection issues.
  • Support accounts receivable collections and financial reconciliation activities.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, financial analysis, or a related finance function.

  • Experience with payment systems such as WAWF, ExoStar, IPP, MPO, ViaSat, or PLSC.
  • Experience in invoice processing and validating project types (Time & Material (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), or Cost-Plus (CP) invoices.
