• Utilize mindfulness-based interventions to assist clients in cultivating self-awareness and coping skills, with a specific focus on MBSR techniques.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, stressors, and treatment goals, ensuring individualized therapeutic approaches.
• Facilitate structured mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques to help clients achieve emotional balance and reduce anxiety.
• Lead group workshops focused on stress management, resilience-building strategies, and mindfulness practices, fostering community support and encouragement.
• Incorporate mindfulness methodologies into individual therapy sessions, addressing a variety of mental health issues while supporting clients' personal growth.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow mental health professionals to evaluate and enhance the treatment process, ensuring a holistic approach to therapy.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client progress and treatment plans, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and necessary regulations.
• Engage in ongoing personal mindfulness practice, self-reflection, and professional development to deepen your expertise in mindfulness and mental health.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is essential.
• Demonstrated competence in integrating mindfulness practices into therapeutic frameworks; specialized training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Annual salary is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
