In addition, the role leverages modern telehealth platforms to facilitate virtual counseling sessions and maintain engagement with patients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans that address pre-crisis and crisis situations, ensuring clients receive the necessary care and support.
• Accurately document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards to uphold the quality of care and organizational compliance.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with our clinical team to assess client needs effectively and monitor their progress.
• Collaborate with other departments to design and implement positive behavior support plans that align with clinical best practices.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure the organization meets high-quality care standards.
• Serve as a liaison to community resources, state agencies, and various service systems to facilitate comprehensive care management for clients.
• Maintain effective communication with partners and community stakeholders to fulfill contractual obligations and enhance our therapeutic mission.
• Engage in outreach efforts to foster partnerships with local organizations and identify potential funding opportunities that further our services.
• Continuously pursue professional development through workshops, conferences, and training to stay updated on the latest trends in mental health.
• Promote and integrate the agency's mission, values, and principles in every aspect of your work.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall team effectiveness.

This role primarily focuses on a diverse client population with varying needs, including individuals facing emotional distress, mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. By utilizing a strengths-based approach, you will empower clients to overcome barriers and foster resilience, ultimately guiding them towards recovery and improved quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field.
• An independent LMHC license is required, indicating eligibility to practice independently in the field of mental health.

While not mandatory, experience in community mental health settings, crisis intervention, or telehealth counseling is highly preferred. Candidates familiar with evidence-based treatment methodologies and those who have engaged in collaborative treatment planning will find this role particularly rewarding.
