• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s mental health status and needs, ensuring that all relevant history and presenting issues are documented accurately.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with the individual goals and needs of clients, utilizing proven therapeutic methodologies.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adults, employing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions through our advanced teletherapy systems, ensuring clients receive care in a convenient and accessible manner.
• Respond promptly to client crises, providing immediate support and intervention to manage acute mental health challenges.
• Participate in regular training and professional development initiatives to stay current with advancements in mental health practices and ethical guidelines.

Your role will primarily involve working with adult clients facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. The diverse backgrounds of our clients require a therapist who is adaptable, culturally competent, and genuinely invested in working toward positive mental health outcomes.

• A valid and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport and trust with clients.
• A genuine sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients’ experiences.
• Organizational and time-management skills that allow for effective session scheduling and case management.
• A clean disciplinary record, ensuring adherence to professional standards.

• Experience in a community health clinic setting is highly valued, as it demonstrates a familiarity with diverse client needs and complexities.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote session management will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Previous exposure to multidisciplinary teams can be beneficial in providing holistic care plans for clients.

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
