Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership – Deliver insights that inform business decisions and drive long-term growth. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of financial discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Financial Management – Responsible for monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and capital planning. Manage, monitor and optimize revenue streams.

  • Set the Tone – Lead by example. Demonstrate the attributes of a high performing hands-on leader.

  • Operational Excellence – Strengthen internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Team Leadership – Inspire, guide and mentor an experienced team handling finance, HR, payroll, and A/P–A/R.

  • Presentation - Prepare and present monthly financial statements to our key stakeholders including the Board of Directors, investors, and C-suite executives.

  • Compliance - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and industry-specific financial reporting standards.

  • Growth - Oversee mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities, leading financial due diligence and risk assessments.

  • Market Awareness - Analyze industry trends and economic factors affecting the local market to adjust financial strategies accordingly.

  • Risk Management - Ensure financial stability through effective risk management, including insurance policies, capital reserves, and contingency planning.

  • Technology - Implement and manage accounting technology and financial software roadmap to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
