• Deliver high-quality counseling and psychotherapy services tailored to the needs of individual patients, couples, and families.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, collaboratively setting measurable goals with clients to track progress and outcomes.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them with essential resources such as financial aid, housing assistance, and other social services to address their comprehensive needs.
• Provide crisis intervention for clients presenting acute mental health issues, including suicidal ideation, substance abuse crises, and severe trauma responses.
• Engage in community educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of case records, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and relevant state and federal regulations.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship programs designed to foster both clinical expertise and personal growth.

The ideal candidate will work closely with a varied patient population, including individuals facing substance use issues, mental health disorders, and those in crisis. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of a valid Tennessee LCSW license with the ability to practice independently.

• At least two years of relevant experience in clinical social work or mental health care.
