Job description

Contingent USTDA opportunity - South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Mission (1131PL26R0063).
Role: Aviation Economist, Traffic Forecast, Finance and PPP Lead
Accountability: Lead demand, economics, affordability, bankability, PPP and sensitivity analysis.
Required evidence: 10+ years aviation economics/finance; traffic forecast and project finance; emerging-market infrastructure.
Preferred: DFI/ECA; concession transactions.
  • Four-year period of performance; intermittent, assignment-based work.
  • Remote work with possible travel in South and Southeast Asia.
  • U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident required for proposal eligibility.
  • Submit a current resume limited to three pages and identify 2-3 directly relevant projects.
