Job Description
As the Finance Manager, you will oversee financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash-flow management for multiple clients. You will partner closely with clients and internal teams to translate financial data into actionable insights, identify growth opportunities, manage financial risks, and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic financial planning and analysis for multiple clients.
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, financial models, and long-term projections.
  • Analyze financial statements, operating results, revenue, expenses, margins, and cash flow.
  • Provide management with actionable financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic objectives.
  • Identify financial trends, risks, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improved profitability.
  • Oversee cash-flow planning and working-capital management.
  • Review financial transactions and reporting for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Lead month-end and year-end financial close activities.
  • Perform account reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Develop financial reports and management dashboards for clients and leadership.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage, mentor, and support accounting and finance team members.
  • Provide training and guidance on financial processes, reporting, and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Design and implement processes that improve financial efficiency, reporting accuracy, and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial controls.
  • Stay current with financial management, FP&A, and strategic finance trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or financial management.
  • Strong expertise in strategic financial planning, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Experience developing financial models, projections, and business performance analyses.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations and business insights.
  • Experience managing or leading finance/accounting teams.
  • Strong knowledge of cash-flow management and financial performance management.
  • Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and financial accuracy.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/financial software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
