What this job involves
The Global / AMER Senior Finance Manager leads financial strategy, planning, and analysis for JLL's integrated facilities management service delivery to Stripe. This senior role oversees financial operations across the Americas region while providing global financial leadership and standardization. The position ensures fiscal accountability, transparent reporting, and continuous financial optimization while serving as a strategic business partner to operations teams and client stakeholders.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Develop and lead implementation of financial strategy for global service delivery to Stripe
  • Oversee budget development, management, and forecasting processes for the Americas region
  • Lead financial reporting and analysis for global operations, identifying trends and opportunities
  • Drive financial standardization and best practices across all regions
  • Provide financial guidance and oversight to regional finance teams
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure financial performance
  • Ensure contract compliance and financial governance across all service lines
  • Lead financial aspects of client relationship management and quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to optimize service delivery costs and efficiency
  • Oversee financial systems implementation and improvement initiatives
  • Direct financial modeling and analysis for strategic decision-making support
  • Manage financial risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Mentor and develop finance team members across the organization
  • Partner with global procurement on strategic sourcing initiatives

Working Environment
This remote position requires collaboration with teams across multiple global regions and time zones. The role involves regular virtual meetings with JLL leadership, operations teams, and Stripe stakeholders. Some travel (approximately 20%) is required for in-person leadership meetings, client reviews, and site visits. Desired experience and technical skills
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in service industry
  • Professional accounting or finance qualification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent)
  • Experience leading financial operations in a multi-region or global environment
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate financial insights into business actions
  • Excellent analytical skills with advanced financial modeling capabilities
  • Superior communication abilities with experience presenting to executive audiences
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing finance professionals
  • Experience with financial systems implementation and optimization
  • Knowledge of facilities management financial structures preferred
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree
  • Financial experience in integrated facilities management, corporate real estate, or professional services industries
  • Background managing finances for Fortune 500 clients or similar complex accounts
  • Knowledge of global financial operations and multi-currency management
  • Background in contract financial management and service level agreements
  • Understanding of financial implications of sustainability and ESG initiatives
  • Experience with change management and organizational transformation
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and implementation
  • G-Suite proficiency

Estimated compensation for this position:
125,000.00 - 140,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
