The Record-to-Report Organization is hiring an ERP Business Analyst Staff that will focus on leading Accounting-related process and systems transformation within Product Costing/Manufacturing Finance. This role provides an exciting opportunity to increase knowledge of the inner workings of S4 ERP and how it interacts with the rest of the LM F&BO processes and system landscape.
Your Mission
As the 1LMX Accounting Functional Analyst, you will work closely with the Finance and IT ERP product teams to provide solutions, ensuring that capabilities meet the business requirements. You will be key in implementing the overall 1LMX vision for Finance, capitalizing on best practices, and guiding activities. Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
• Driving all Functional Specifications to finalization
• Testing (Functional Unit Test, String Test, Integration Test, test script writing, organization/ coordination, status tracking and defect resolution)
• Defining Business Process and Business Roles
• Defining and creating End User Training
• Executing 1LMX Planning and Status Tasks
You will also partner with cross-functional teams to implement the tools and processes that were defined in our detail design phase. Critical partnerships include (but are not limited to) the following:
• 1LMX Value Stream Teams and Leadership, both functional and technical
• 1LMX Value Stream Business Area Representatives (VSBARs)
• Other consultant support
• Other Business Area interactions
• 1LMX Leadership
Candidates need to be willing to travel as requested to meet on-site implementation support, business requirements and team face to face sessions.
Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
Applies functional knowledge to the design and customization of SAP or PeopleSoft client/server application to meet the company's requirements and systems needs. Understands content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Writes functional requirements, develops test plans, and works with production issues. Works with developers to ensure requirements are being met. At higher levels, serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications.
Basic Qualifications
• Deep understanding of the manufacturing finance or product/material cost accounting processes and policies
• Expertise in financial processes, particularly around material and Grouping, Pegging and Distribution (GPD)
• Experience in financial project leadership
• Ability to collaborate across BAs and technical/function workstreams
• US citizenship required due to system access
Desired Skills
• Experience with the Cost Accounting, Product/Material Costing process, and Earned Value Management especially in SAP
• Experience with 1LMX
• Ability to travel
• Leadership Development Program
Pay Information
GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $131100.00 - $243500.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): :$118000.00 - $219100.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): :$104900.00 - $194700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
