As our Studios footprint continues to expand across the country, we're seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator to help scale our production and marketing operations. This role serves as a critical operational partner to our field producers, editors, social media team, and Studios leadership, ensuring projects move efficiently from planning through delivery while maintaining an exceptional agent experience.
While this position is primarily aligned with our West Coast markets and based in Los Angeles, it will also support company-wide initiatives and cross-market operations as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the operational partner for Studios producers across assigned markets, ensuring projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with department standards.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations by coordinating timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Drive communication across producers, editors, social media, creative, and leadership teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor production workflows and proactively identify operational bottlenecks, recommending scalable solutions that improve efficiency.
  • Maintain project management systems, production schedules, and workflow documentation to ensure accurate project tracking and visibility.
  • Partner with Studios leadership to refine internal processes, SOPs, and operational best practices as the department continues to scale.
  • Coordinate production logistics, freelancer resources, travel, equipment, and scheduling as needed.
  • Oversee workflow and communication with remote editing partners, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and brand consistency are maintained.
  • Assist in onboarding new producers through operational training, documentation, and workflow implementation.
  • Prepare reporting on production volume, turnaround times, operational performance, and resource utilization.
  • Support market launches, special initiatives, and cross-functional projects across Studios as business priorities require.
  • Help ensure departmental communication channels remain responsive and operational requests are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain production documentation, releases, and project records in accordance with company standards.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations, creative operations, project management, production coordination, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous concurrent projects.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management systems and operational workflows.
  • Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate challenges before they impact delivery.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend operational improvements.
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities in a rapidly growing organization.
  • Experience working in media production, marketing, creative services, or agency environments.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, or similar project management platforms.

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

The national base pay range for this position within the United States is between 60,000-70,000 USD.

Your Location

This position is located hybrid in Los Angels, CA. The role will include work at a SERHANT. office and attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
