FSTONE Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide remote administrative support to our team and client operations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to managers and internal teams.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and other business documents.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
Maintain electronic files, records, and databases with accuracy.
Perform data entry and update company records.
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics when required.
Assist with document preparation, filing, and record management.
Order and maintain office supplies for remote or assigned offices as needed.
Support special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
