In this full-time remote position, you will provide meaningful care to clients through telehealth services. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through initial consultations, systematically documenting each stage of the client's journey from the first meeting to treatment completion.
  • Formulate individualized treatment and recovery plans tailored to meet the distinct needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups, integrating therapeutic techniques that resonate with clients.
  • Guide both individual and group therapy sessions, creating an open and supportive environment that encourages client participation and expression.
  • Monitor and assess client progress against defined treatment goals, adjusting interventions as necessary to optimize results.
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including mental health specialists, primary care physicians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of intervention plans.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with referring physicians and psychiatrists regarding clients' hospital admissions and discharges to uphold continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of a valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
