Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough preliminary assessments and document a client’s journey from initial consultation through treatment follow-up.
  • Evaluate clients' mental, behavioral, and emotional health using evidence-based techniques and diagnostic tools.
  • Create personalized intervention and recovery plans catering to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring every plan aligns with the latest therapeutic methodologies.
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
  • Regularly monitor clients' progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications
