FLATBED WINE GRAPE DRIVER(S) – KINGSBURG, CA

Insurance Requires 2 years with Commercial Drivers License, NO exceptions.

J.B. Critchley, Inc. is seeking experienced Class A Flatbed Drivers to haul wine grapes throughout California. We have opportunities for both seasonal and long-term employment.

With over 30 years in the transportation industry, J.B. Critchley, Inc. is committed to providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services while offering drivers consistent work and competitive pay.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Paid by the Load
  • Potential Gross Amount $1,200 - $2,000 per week
  • $500 Sign-On Bonus for new full-time drivers*
  • Home Daily
  • Paid Bi-Weekly
  • Seasonal positions with the opportunity for permanent employment
  • Take your assigned truck home in most divisions
  • $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement
  • Samsara Electronic Logging Device (ELD) *** This is a must***
  • Cameras in trucks facing driver and facing outward while driving

Sign-On Bonus Requirements:
New hires must complete 6 months of full-time employment with:

  • No accidents or incidents
  • No equipment damage
  • No work-related injuries

Schedule

  • Wine grape harvest begins Sunday nights
  • Typical start time: 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Typical shift length: 12–14 hours
  • Night driving throughout Central Valley - California

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid California Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
  • 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience * No exceptions*
  • Current DMV driving record (issued within the last 30 days)
  • Current DOT Medical Certificate
  • Two forms of identification
  • Must pass DOT Drug Screen Requirement
  • Ability to safely perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Ability to safely pick up and deliver loads within scheduled timeframes
  • Comfortable using a smartphone and the Samsara ELD system for electronic logbooks
