As a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will participate in a supportive virtual environment with a focus on professional growth and collaboration. You'll engage with colleagues and clients primarily through telehealth platforms, adhering to best practices in digital therapy. You will be equipped with the necessary technology and resources to deliver effective therapeutic interventions, ensuring a seamless connection with patients regardless of their location.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient's emotional and psychological needs through interviews and direct observation, accurately gauging their abilities and behaviors.
• Utilize an integrative approach, analyzing social, medical, and psychotherapeutic data to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at facilitating recovery and promoting overall well-being.
• Set both short-term and long-term objectives tailored to each patient, ensuring a clear pathway to recovery while continually adjusting these goals based on patient progress.
• Create a safe space for patients to express their feelings and experiences, encouraging open communication and emotional exploration.
• Implement and monitor various treatment modalities, including psychotherapy and psychoeducation, for conditions such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and complex grief.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, address psychosocial challenges, and ensure a holistic approach to each patient's journey.
• Maintain comprehensive records of clinical services, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with organizational standards and legal regulations.
• Provide consultations to healthcare professionals regarding integrated treatment perspectives, fostering an environment of compassionate care.
• Stay informed about relevant federal, state, and local legislation to ensure compliance with legal and professional requirements.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment by adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as required to enhance the effectiveness of your role and meet the needs of our patients.

Our patient population encompasses a wide range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive conditions, and issues related to life transitions, grief, and addiction. • A valid California LMFT license is a must.
• At least three years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Proficiency in essential computer applications, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with telehealth software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, as this allows us to reach a broader patient demographic.
• Experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with transdisciplinary approaches to healthcare.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, with incentives for experienced therapists.
