You will play an essential role in assessing client needs and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a dynamic and supportive team. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a structured yet flexible schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, addressing psychosocial and emotional needs.
  • Serve as a key liaison between families, outpatient providers, and insurance companies, managing pre-certification and ensuring proper utilization of mental health services.
  • Participate actively in discharge and aftercare planning, ensuring clients have access to the appropriate resources to continue their recovery journey.
  • Provide therapeutic support during meals, modeling healthy relationships with food by addressing emotional eating behaviors while empowering clients to cultivate self-acceptance.
  • Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirmative care responsive to the diverse identities and backgrounds of each client.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in various electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications
