  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, operational challenges, business priorities, and digital transformation goals
  • Analyze customer processes related to CAD structure, pattern engineering, marker making, order flow, and cutting room operations
  • Bring technical credibility to opportunities involving customers using CAD environments
  • Assess how customer CAD structure and process maturity impact solution readiness and successful adoption
  • Deliver impactful presentations, technical discussions, demonstrations, and workflow reviews tailored to customer needs
  • Position the Company's solutions through business value, process improvement, and measurable operational outcomes
  • Collaborate with account managers to develop business cases, ROI justification, and value-based proposals
  • Support benchmark, pilot, and proof-of-value activities when required
  • Contribute to competitive positioning by understanding customer alternatives, workflows, and market expectations
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to support opportunity development and internal alignment
  • Ensure structured handoff of qualified opportunities into later project phases

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in presales, consulting, industrial software, CAD environments, or manufacturing operations
  • Strong understanding of fashion manufacturing workflows and/or cutting room processes
  • Experience with CAD solutions is a must
  • Ability to assess customer workflows and identify opportunities for operational improvement through technology
  • Strong consultative, analytical, and customer-facing communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical workflows into business value and customer outcomes
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence both operational users and leadership teams
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting software, SaaS, or digital workflow solutions
  • Exposure to Industry 4.0, digital transformation, or connected manufacturing initiatives
