Work Environment

This is a fully remote position based in Bellevue, Washington, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home while receiving support and collaboration from our dedicated healthcare team. While we are a remote facility, we maintain a culture of teamwork and communication, leveraging technology to ensure a smooth workflow and effective client care. Required hours are typically Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities for urgent mental health emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments tailored to patients' unique backgrounds, including histories of substance use, presenting concerns, and potential risks.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize mental health issues while facilitating progress toward recovery and social reintegration.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-centered approaches, and motivational interviewing, to address a variety of mental health conditions.
  • Lead both individual and group therapy sessions focused on enhancing emotional regulation, coping strategies, and interpersonal skills essential for recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, medical staff, and other mental health professionals to provide a cohesive approach to patient care.
  • Deliver crisis intervention services during critical mental health episodes, employing de-escalation techniques and facilitating referrals as necessary to higher levels of care.
