This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining flexibility in your work schedule. As a therapist in an outpatient setting, you will engage with clients through virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring easy access to mental health services. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health specialists, all working towards a common goal of delivering comprehensive care.

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and design effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide engaging and impactful therapy sessions—whether face-to-face or virtually—using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities aligned with client goals.
• Deliver timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being during emergencies.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes accurately and confidentially while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide integrated care solutions for clients, referencing medical histories and relevant mental health factors to inform treatment.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment pathways, and local community resources, acting as an advocate for their rights and needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, trainings, and peer consultations to remain current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Your clients will encompass a diverse range of backgrounds, presenting various mental health challenges including anxiety disorders, depression, relational issues, and trauma-related concerns. You will be expected to tailor your therapeutic approaches to align with the cultural and personal contexts of each client, ensuring a respectful and effective therapeutic relationship.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is highly preferred.
• Demonstrable proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a commitment to understanding clients' unique narratives.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating rapport with clients and collaboration with peers.
• Ability to function autonomously, while also being a proactive team player within a multidisciplinary team framework.
• A strong commitment to uphold ethical and professional standards in mental health practice.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide:
