This role will lead full-year strategic planning, contract deliverable execution and high-profile global brand activations across Keeper's F1 partnership portfolio. This is a 100% remote position, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our global headquarters in Chicago. Global travel is required (including weekend travel).

About the Role
As Director of F1 Partnerships, you will be Keeper's definitive owner of the F1 partnership, responsible for full-year strategic planning, contract deliverable execution, and maximizing the business and brand impact of every activation. You will serve as the single point of contact across all F1-related assets and activities, coordinate driver and senior personnel engagements, establish standard operating procedures and ensure that every event, hospitality experience and brand touchpoint delivers measurable results. You will partner closely with senior leadership, marketing, PR, social media, channel and sales teams to bring bold, integrated storytelling to life on a global stage.
Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy
  • Own full-year strategic planning, contract deliverable execution and budget management for Keeper's F1 partnership, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and measurable ROI
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leadership to develop bold, creative activations
  • Establish KPIs, track performance across all activations and deliver post-event reporting and analysis

Partnership and Brand Management
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all F1-related assets, partner relationships, driver and senior personnel engagements, and brand representation, including standard operating procedures and annual asset updates
  • Lead end-to-end activation planning and execution, including VIP hospitality, on-site operations and high-impact experiential programs across global markets
  • Collaborate with PR, social media and marketing teams to develop integrated storytelling that maximizes Keeper's brand visibility, fan engagement and business impact

Operations and Collaboration
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, partnership documentation, event planning and editorial calendars to ensure organized, scalable execution
  • Manage vendor relationships, budget negotiations and sponsor deliverable tracking
  • Stay informed on industry and sponsorship trends to identify new opportunities and continuously refine strategy

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in managing and planning large-scale global sports activations
  • Proven success managing large-scale sports sponsorships, including full contract lifecycle and deliverable ownership
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams, influencing executives and collaborating across departments to achieve extraordinary outcomes
  • Strong relationship management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage partner personnel including drivers and senior team members
  • Experience establishing KPIs, tracking performance and using insights to optimize partnership programs
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple initiatives across global time zones
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to represent Keeper with professionalism to partners and VIP stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset and a passion for bold, elevated activation ideas
  • Passion for technology and global F1 sports culture
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25 - 30% of the time, including weekends
