Lead program reviews and project governance, including status reporting, forecast updates, issue escalation, change control, and corrective-action follow-through.

Partner with application development and technical leads to align requirements, releases, integrations, testing, deployment, support readiness, and customer acceptance.

Coordinate with military customers, partners, subcontractors, and internal teams to clarify requirements and maintain alignment on deliverables and priorities.

Identify delivery, security, export-control, resource, and technical risks early; assign owners and drive mitigation through closure.

Establish clear accountability across integrated project teams and promote consistent use of company systems, processes, documentation, and performance measures.

Support customer relationship development, proposal planning, follow-on work, and other business opportunities consistent with program goals.

Perform other duties as assigned based on business and program needs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Five or more years of progressive program or project management experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects in aerospace, defense, military, or application development environments.

Demonstrated experience managing program scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, dependencies, and customer deliverables.

Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and working directly with customers, senior leaders, and external partners.

Working knowledge of application development lifecycles, including requirements, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and support.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present program status, risks, and recommendations to technical and executive audiences.

Ability to meet customer, site-access, and applicable background-screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting U.S. military, Department of Defense, aerospace OEM, airline, or MRO customers.

Familiarity with Maintenix or similar maintenance, engineering, logistics, or enterprise aviation applications and their integrations.

Decision-making, issue resolution, and executive communication

Delegation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Additional Requirements

Must satisfy the export-control eligibility requirements stated above and comply with all applicable ITAR, customer, and company security requirements.

Ability to travel up to 30% to customer, partner, and company locations, including travel that may require overnight stays.

Ability to work across multiple priorities and time zones as program and customer needs require.

Work Environment

This position operates in professional office, customer-site, and approved remote-work environments based on program and customer requirements. Remote work, when authorized, must be performed from an approved, private, and secure location. Company and customer equipment, controlled technical data, ITAR-regulated information, and other sensitive information must be handled in strict accordance with applicable security and Technology Control Plan requirements.
