As the Manager of Inside Sales, you will lead a team focused on acquiring new business customers through a high-volume, high-velocity sales motion. You will be responsible for developing your team, creating consistent pipeline, accelerating deal cycles, and delivering predictable revenue performance.
This role requires a hands-on sales leader who operates with urgency, uses data to drive decisions, and holds a high standard for prospecting, deal execution, and forecast accuracy.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of inside sales representatives responsible for acquiring new customers and achieving individual and team revenue targets.
  • Build a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, consistent execution, and continuous development.
  • Establish a disciplined prospecting motion that produces sufficient pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound lead conversion, and targeted account strategies.
  • Coach representatives on effective discovery, value-based selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Drive a high-volume sales motion while maintaining strong qualification standards and deal quality.
  • Maintain an accurate and predictable forecast through rigorous opportunity inspection, clear exit criteria, and consistent pipeline management.
  • Identify risks and gaps early, then develop actionable plans to improve pipeline coverage, conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue performance.
  • Use sales data and performance metrics to evaluate results, identify trends, and improve individual and team execution.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to improve customer acquisition and the overall buying experience.
  • Implement and reinforce sales methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices that increase team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing sales talent.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, including experience leading and developing sales teams.
  • Proven success managing a high-volume, high-velocity sales motion focused on acquiring new business customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline through proactive prospecting and outbound sales activity.
  • Strong forecasting discipline with experience delivering accurate, data-driven revenue projections.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and team-based quotas.
  • Experience coaching representatives across the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, conversion metrics, deal velocity, and sales productivity.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement, forecasting, and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, cross-functional partners, customers, and team members.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Compensation Base salary 120,000- 145,000 OTE 200,000-230,000 (60/40) plus equity
