Position Summary 
This is an entry level professional opportunity to join our Customer Success team.  The Team focuses on ensuring our clients see value planning their construction projects in Touchplan®, as well as building engagement with the platform. Being part of this team will give you the opportunity to help build Touchplan’s business, help shape the Touchplan® product, and help shape the construction industry by having a tangible impact on the projects of our clients. If you are looking for a job where you’ll be working on a dynamic team that’s driving explosive growth and delighting customers at the same time, this is the right place for you!  This is a remote role that will require occasional visits to our Boston office for training, meetings, or teambuilding events. 
Essential Functions: 
  • Launch new projects, manage / maintain customer project data and oversee technical client training / adoption of best practices 
  • Work to resolve all product and project-related customer questions and requests efficiently and effectively
  • Handle client interactions with calm professionalism, quick execution and a sense of urgency to uphold our reputation for excellent customer service
  • Drive increased engagement for new and existing clients
  • Help specify, outline and advocate for UI/UX improvements based on customer feedback 
Required Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience
  • Exposure to Customer Success or Account Management roles, preferably in B2B SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise software applications
  • Excellent organizational, project management, consultative and time management skills 
  • Passion for working on a small, dedicated, agile and determined team
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills, as well as active listening skills 
  • Solid sense of empathy for clients, as well as a passion for revenue growth
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, balancing quality and speed
Bonus experience or skills:
  • Construction management, architecture, engineering or project controls experience
  • Experience with Lean Construction and the Last Planner system
Starting Initial Salary Range: $55,000 to $66,500 annually. Full benefit plan including medical, dental, vision, and life/disability insurance, 401(k) with generous employer match and an HSA employer contribution in certain circumstances is available.
