We're looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our team. In our office, you'll have the chance to collaborate and learn from other Account Executives and sales managers.We want you to succeed and offer training and support to help you develop your sales skills. Compensation & Perks

  • First-year expected income: $65K-$85K+ and second-year income: $80K-$100K+
  • Uncapped Commissions: 40% on all closed deals + commission
  • 6 month and 12 month $5,000 bonuses upon meeting conditions

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle. From cold call to close, you'll help local governments transform communication
  • Make 60-90 daily calls to cities and counties, set up virtual demos, and close deals with decision-makers
  • Run Zoom demos that show the benefits of our software
  • Use tools like Pipedrive to organize and track KPIs
  • Collaborate with experienced sales leaders who are invested in your success

What We're Looking For

  • You've done cold calling or outbound sales
  • You're confident on Zoom and know how to run a demo
  • Experience with CRMs is a plus (we use Pipedrive)
  • You're eager, coachable, and ready to grow
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
