Position Overview
This role provides direct administrative support to executives so they can stay focused on high-priority business decisions. You will manage scheduling, communication, document coordination, and follow-through on day-to-day tasks that keep leadership organized and responsive. The position is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, discreet, and comfortable supporting a fast-moving leadership team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across priorities and time zones.
- Prepare, organize, and track documents, notes, and follow-up items for leadership.
- Handle email and communication support, including routing requests and flagging urgent items.
- Coordinate travel, appointments, and other logistics as needed.
- Maintain organized records and files for executive reference and business continuity.
- Track action items and ensure deadlines, requests, and commitments are followed through.
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks that help executives stay focused and efficient.
Must Have Criteria
- 2-5 years of experience in executive support or administrative support.
- Resume-verifiable experience managing calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Experience organizing documents, records, or administrative files.
- Ability to handle repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy and discretion.
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and standard office software.
