About Company

Beyond International Group is on a mission to supercharge the alternative investment marketplace. Using financial technology and disciplined investment structuring, the firm works to reduce volatility, support downside protection during periods of instability, and improve access to alternative investments with stronger liquidity and higher-yield potential.

The company operates at the intersection of financial services, investment management, and real estate. As a lean team, Beyond International Group offers the chance to work closely with decision-makers, contribute to a growing platform, and help build more transparent, risk-controlled investment operations as the business expands.

Position Overview

This role provides direct administrative support to executives so they can stay focused on high-priority business decisions. You will manage scheduling, communication, document coordination, and follow-through on day-to-day tasks that keep leadership organized and responsive. The position is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, discreet, and comfortable supporting a fast-moving leadership team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across priorities and time zones.
  • Prepare, organize, and track documents, notes, and follow-up items for leadership.
  • Handle email and communication support, including routing requests and flagging urgent items.
  • Coordinate travel, appointments, and other logistics as needed.
  • Maintain organized records and files for executive reference and business continuity.
  • Track action items and ensure deadlines, requests, and commitments are followed through.
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks that help executives stay focused and efficient.

Must Have Criteria

  • 2-5 years of experience in executive support or administrative support.
  • Resume-verifiable experience managing calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Experience organizing documents, records, or administrative files.
  • Ability to handle repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy and discretion.
  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and standard office software.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting executives in financial services, investment management, or real estate.
  • Exposure to a small-company or high-growth environment.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple priorities or stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with records or document-control workflows.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation.

  • Flexible work schedules.

  • Fully remote work environment.

  • Paid training and onboarding.

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees.

  • Paid time off and company holidays.

  • Professional development and certification assistance.

  • Career advancement opportunities.

  • Employee recognition programs.

  • Collaborative and supportive team culture.
