This position offers a fully remote working environment, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with colleagues and clients. Although tasks are performed virtually, the role requires active participation in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing collaboration via video conferencing and project management tools. Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and determining appropriate intervention strategies.
• Developing, implementing, and continually evaluating individualized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare providers, ensuring that all plans align with best practices in trauma-informed care.
• Documenting all patient interactions and treatment progress meticulously, adhering to confidentiality guidelines and legal regulations established in California.
• Participating actively in team meetings where treatment strategies and client progress are discussed, fostering an environment of shared knowledge and professional support.
• Providing counseling and support to clients via telehealth services, employing various therapeutic methods tailored to their unique circumstances.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily work with a diverse population, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Our aim is to provide holistic care that recognizes the influence of social determinants on mental health, and as such, our practitioners are essential in advocating for clients’ needs and connecting them with additional community resources and support systems.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a clinical social work practice.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills that facilitate teamwork and client interaction, especially in a virtual setting.
• The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, addressing the various complexities that may arise in the clinical environment.

While the above qualifications are essential, preference will be given to candidates who have experience with:

• Working in community health settings and familiarity with diverse populations.
• Utilizing electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms for client documentation and communication.
• Participating in multidisciplinary teams and engaging in group therapy or crisis intervention.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, employees will benefit from:
