• Conduct detailed mental health assessments for clients, leveraging various tools and methodologies to develop precise diagnostic impressions.
• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans for clients diagnosed with acute and chronic mental health conditions.
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, helping each member navigate their unique challenges.
• Maintain ongoing confidential records in accordance with state regulations and NCQA standards, ensuring comprehensive documentation of treatment progress and adjustments.
• Engage in collaborative staffing conferences, contributing to team discussions on treatment selection, planning, and evaluation.
• Supervise and mentor Post-Masters Fellows and Associates in their clinical practice as needed, fostering a learning environment that supports new clinicians.
• Actively participate in the department’s on-call rotation, providing crisis intervention and support as required.
• Work alongside physicians to evaluate clients for appropriate psychotropic medication when necessary, ensuring holistic care that aligns with each client's treatment pathway.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Although not mandatory, previous experience working in a telehealth setting is highly desirable. Candidates who have engaged with multidisciplinary teams and possess knowledge of contemporary mental health practices will excel in this role. Additional certifications in specialized therapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT) can enhance your candidacy and clinical effectiveness.
