• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based therapy services tailored to the unique needs of a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client concerns and develop personalized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care to support clients effectively.
• Regularly collaborate with clients to set achievable goals, monitor their progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations to ensure high standards of care and accountability.
• Leverage our advanced platform for efficient client scheduling, facilitating seamless management of session notes and documentation.

You will have the chance to work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. • A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure by the State of Washington to provide therapy independently (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or PsyD).

• Experience in a community health setting is preferred, although not required.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices and a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and build strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
