• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients to assess their stability and readiness for discharge as appropriate.
• Design, implement, and assess personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes in accordance with organizational standards.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and clarify treatment objectives.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, adapting methodologies to meet the evolving needs of clients.
• Engage in continuous supervision and professional development through one-on-one meetings with a designated supervisor.
• Work in partnership with other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Annual salary ranging between $75,000 and $90,000, based on experience and productivity.
