As part of our community health clinic model, you will leverage technology to engage clients effectively and hold appointments through various modalities, including video calls and telephonic support.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy focused on evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health issues.
• Conduct initial assessments to understand patient needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain rigorous and timely documentation, adhering to clinical standards and best practices to ensure compliance and uphold care quality.
• Work collaboratively with medical providers, case managers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through clinical supervision and team meetings, contributing to an atmosphere of continuous learning.
• Advocate for clients to connect them with community resources and support systems, actively working to reduce barriers to care.

Your primary focus will be on assisting a diverse range of clients facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflict. You will provide culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care that respects each client’s unique background and experiences. Our clinic serves a broad demographic, including individuals from various socio-economic statuses and diverse cultural backgrounds, which enhances your role's importance in addressing systemic barriers and promoting equity in mental health access.

• A valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada, or eligibility for licensure.
• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
• A commitment to using a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach in all interactions with clients.
• Demonstrated strong clinical judgment, excellent documentation skills, and a high level of emotional intelligence.

• Previous experience working in outpatient, community-based or integrated care settings is highly preferred.
• Exposure to evidence-based treatment modalities and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.
• A history of advocating for and serving diverse populations, addressing their unique needs and challenges.

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary, we offer an extensive benefits package, which includes:
