• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions through video conferencing.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to create personalized therapeutic experiences for clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing each client's unique needs and goals.
• Guide clients in gaining insights into their thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans while assisting clients in establishing healthy coping strategies.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a wide range of mental health challenges. Our clients often seek therapeutic support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Your role will be crucial in helping them develop skills for improved emotional well-being and overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold a current, unrestricted license in one of the following categories: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted, and candidates must have a clean disciplinary record.
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a caring and empathetic nature.
• Proficient computer skills and comfort with telehealth technology are essential.

We are looking for candidates who have at least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting. Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and success in managing diverse patient needs will be advantageous.

Compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, based on the number of hours worked and overall experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. Payments are made weekly through direct deposit, ensuring timely compensation for your valuable work.
