Calm Space Counseling Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team and provide essential mental health support to individuals and families across Massachusetts. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions in a virtual format, utilizing secure video conferencing tools to ensure client privacy.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Liaise and collaborate with other healthcare providers within our remote team to ensure comprehensive care delivery, integrating care across different providers as needed.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation related to client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients when necessary, demonstrating a strong ability to navigate complex emotional situations.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of each client. Fostering a strong therapeutic alliance will be essential in promoting open communication and trust, which are key components in effective treatment.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience, particularly in areas involving diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice, with a demonstrated ability to provide inclusive and client-centered care.
• Proficient in the use of telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems (EHR).

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting that serves diverse populations.
• Background in trauma-informed care and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
