Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and their family dynamics.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans that outline actionable steps for clients, ensuring they receive tailored support that aligns with their therapeutic goals.
- Maintain diligent clinical records, including patient medical histories, psychological assessments, treatment progress, and any modifications to plans as required.
- Provide crisis intervention and support in situations involving substance abuse, domestic violence, and trauma, demonstrating knowledge and sensitivity to complex issues.
- Educate and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the understanding of client psychosocial stressors, thereby improving the overall effectiveness of treatment plans.
