Envision Psychotherapy Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapists to fill full-time positions in a remote setting. As a member of our outpatient psychiatric office, you will be pivotal in helping patients navigate a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. This full-time role allows for a remote work setting, providing you with the flexibility to deliver high-quality therapeutic services from the comfort of your home while still engaging with a dedicated team. Our office operates from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the needs of our patients. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new and ongoing patients to identify their unique therapeutic needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices in the field.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapies, to deliver effective interventions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at enhancing patients’ understanding of common mental health concerns and promoting a sense of community.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors to coordinate care, share insights, and discuss treatment approaches tailored to patient needs.
• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring that patients receive immediate support during mental health emergencies and creating safety plans when necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment possibilities, and community resources, empowering them to engage actively in their recovery journey.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation that meets legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.
• Actively participate in case consultations and team meetings, contributing your insights and learning from others to enhance collective knowledge and patient care.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health therapies and practices, integrating new knowledge into therapeutic approaches whenever applicable.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health issues. Our patients range from adolescents to adults and encompass various socioeconomic backgrounds. Your practice will foster an inclusive environment, allowing you to address the unique needs of individuals and families from multifaceted perspectives.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a current and valid professional license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Kansas is essential for this role.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and an ability to implement evidence-based treatment modalities effectively.
• Demonstrated skill in conducting thorough mental health assessments and the formulation of effective treatment plans.
• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations in both individual and group settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to client engagement and advocacy.
• Strong ethical judgment and professionalism in maintaining boundaries and confidentiality in patient interactions.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and related computer applications.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing mental health counseling and therapy.
• Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions or workshops tailored to specific mental health issues.
• Demonstrable commitment to ongoing professional development through training, workshops, or certification in specialized areas.
