Job description

Busy health insurance agent seeking an experienced Virtual Administrative Assistant.

Must be knowledgeable and experienced in the following areas:

  1. WordPress – edit and maintain my website
  2. Calendly – coordinate scheduling through my website
  3. Jotform – refine existing forms and integrate them into emails and the website
  4. Constant Contact – conceive, create, send, and review results of email campaigns
  5. Outlook, Word and Excel
  6. Copywriting
  7. AI tools and utilization
  8. ZOOM

The ideal candidate should know these programs well and have the ability to integrate them together—from email interest, to website/landing page, to prospect response, to appointment scheduling or requests for more information.


Please provide current references and an example of a similar project you personally built or helped implement.


Health insurance knowledge is helpful, but not required.


Approximately 10–15 hours per week. Flexible hours. Communication will be by Zoom, phone, text, or email. Can start immediately.


Compensation: $20–$30/hour depending on experience. Bonuses may be available. Preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone, but not required.
