• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations to tailor treatment planning for each client based on their specific needs and lifestyle.
• Provide individualized counseling sessions, employing a range of therapeutic techniques to help clients manage conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions aimed at fostering community support and psychoeducation for clients dealing with similar challenges.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that set measurable goals and establish effective intervention strategies.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention, including conducting risk assessments and coordinating with emergency services as needed to ensure client safety.
• Stay informed on advancements in mental health care and integrate evidence-based practices into therapy to optimize client outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive care strategy for clients.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
• Completion of three years of supervised clinical hours, including postgraduate clinical experience as mandated by state regulations.
• Commitment to lifelong learning through ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and counseling skills to effectively engage and support clients facing various mental health challenges.
• Ability to perform thorough assessments and evaluations to determine client mental health needs accurately.

• Specialization or additional certifications in areas such as trauma therapy, addiction counseling, or family therapy may be beneficial.
• Prior experience working in a remote setting is a plus, given the flexible and digital nature of our work.
