• Establish and maintain a caseload of clients, focusing on building rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, evaluate stability, and determine the appropriateness of continued treatment or discharge.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and aspirations.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment records for all client interactions.
• Perform intake assessments to understand the clients’ challenges, goals, and overall mental health status.
• Engage in direct individual therapy sessions, ensuring the provision of evidence-based practices that promote client healing.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions to discuss client cases and personal development with experienced leadership.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients, integrating various therapeutic services as needed.
• Maintain a growth mindset, continually seeking opportunities for personal development and improvement in service delivery.

The LPC will serve a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with a wide range of mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with RMS systems, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfortable and skilled in conducting intake assessments and creating individualized treatment plans.

• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community and various ethnic groups.
• Previous involvement in clinical research or evidence-based practice applications.

The salary range for this role is competitive, between USD 75,000 and 90,000 per year, contingent upon experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures that clinicians benefit from guaranteed rates, allowing for prompt payment without the delays commonly associated with reimbursement.
